Official Rules & Terms

1. EBE Events & Entertainment (“EBE”) will award one (1) First Prize each month for twelve months of the prize period and one (1) Grand Prize at the end of the prize period. The prize period begins on March 1, 2009 and ends on March 31, 2010. Each prize winner will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the prize period, excluding prior winners. Drawings will be held within five days of the end of each month during the prize period. The odds of winning any prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing. EBE reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion without notice at any time. Winners will be notified by phone and email within 3 days of the drawing. Winner must return EBE's phone call within 2 days in order to claim your prize. Failure to contact EBE by phone after being notified of winning status will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded.
   
   
2. No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. You may enter this promotion by completing the online entry form above or by calling 888-323-2263.  No more than one entry per person is allowed. EBE is not responsible for any incomplete or late entries. EBE reserves the right to reject any entries or to withhold any prize if, in EBE's sole judgement, such entry was not made in good faith. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned without the prior consent of EBE.
   
   
3. Sweepstake entrants must (i) host their event in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland or Washington D.C.; and (ii) be 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of EBE, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, or their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
   
   
4. The Grand Prize winner will receive the winner’s choice of up to Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000) retail value of EBE services. Each First Prize winner will receive the winner’s choice of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500) retail value of EBE services. Any costs in excess of retail value of the prizes shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner.  Prize subject to service availability. All Prize services will be provided in accordance with EBE's standard terms and conditions applicable to the service selections made and will be subject to winner's execution of an EBE contract for such services. All costs and expenses relating to services awarded under the Sweepstakes and not specifically included in a prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
   
   
5. The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification process as well as have met all of the eligibility requirements set forth within these Rules; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission and winner's consent for EBE and its affiliates to use recipient’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
   
   
6. EBE reserves the right to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes as to any future drawings at any time.
   
   
7. A winner's list will be posted and updated throughout the sweepstakes on EBE's website - www.ebetalent.com.
   
   
8. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to and hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless EBE, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize.This promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning).
