Some brides may elect to work with a wedding coordinator during just the most hectic portion of planning their weddings, that final month when everything has to come together just right. For those who have already put most of the big details in place but are ready to relax and enjoy the last weeks leading up to (and following) their big day, EBE is happy to provide brides-to-be and their families with month-of wedding planning services.

As your wedding date approaches, more and more details need to be finalized in order to make sure that things go perfectly. Our wedding planners will work with the vendors that you have selected (and help you select others if needed) to coordinate their deliveries and services with your venue, and help you to maintain a schedule of what decisions and payments need to be made to whom and by when. They will help you address all of the final preparations for your big day, such as  drawing up seating charts, ensuring that the reception hall is laid out in a manner to ensure the best party flow, and making sure that your guests will have more than adequate transportation and lodging.

Your wedding planner will be completely available your entire wedding day - even if your “day” stretches from the rehearsal dinner to your reception after-party or morning-after brunch. She will be there to make sure that everything runs according to schedule, and to guarantee any problems that may arise are taken care of quickly, efficiently, and without any fanfare. Your coordinator will be one of your best assets before, during, and even after your wedding day, when it’s time to send notes to each of your wedding guests thanking them for their part in your celebration.
