Wedding Planning: Green Weddings

A wedding is one of the biggest celebrations in a couple’s life together, but just because you have cause to celebrate doesn’t necessarily mean that you are willing to ignore the impact of your “carbon footprint.” EBE understands the concern many of our clients feel about the state of our environment, and so we offer numerous wedding planning options to help reduce the impact that your event will have on the beautiful planet we live on.

Some of these choices include catering alternatives such as organic, free-range, locally produced, and vegan/vegetarian choices to suit your needs and those of your guests; LED (light-emitting diode) event lighting, which drastically reduces the amount of electricity consumed; acoustic music ensembles; wedding invitations and decorations made out of recycled paper products; and the use of sustainable products and textiles wherever appropriate in your ceremony and reception. As always, we will work with you to turn your wishes for your wedding into a (sustainable) reality.
