Your bandleader will contact you to review every detail of your wedding, your taste in music and every activity that will take place from introductions and first dances to the cake cutting and high energy dance sets. This allows your bandleader to produce a timeline of events and surround them with the proper wedding music. He or she also coordinates the event with all involved parties like the caterer, photographer, and videographer to review the timeline and ensure everyone is prepared.
