Some of these green wedding choices include catering alternatives such as organic, free-range, locally produced, and vegan/vegetarian choices to suit your needs and those of your guests; LED (light-emitting diode) event lighting, which drastically reduces the amount of electricity consumed; acoustic music ensembles; wedding invitations and decorations made out of recycled paper products; and the use of sustainable products and textiles wherever appropriate in your ceremony and reception.
