Before Your Event

Having hundreds of musicians live, the EBE philosophy means hiring people of strong character and talent and placing a Five-Star Bandleader at the lead. EBE trains each Bandleader in what we refer to as "the art of managing a party". They learn how to deliver a performance that will make clients proud of their decision and their guests delighted and at times, speechless. The Bandleader is responsible for ensuring all musicians perform at maximum potential and literally shine on stage.

The EBE Bandleader will contact you to review every detail of your event, your taste in music and every activity that will occur. This allows EBE to produce a timeline of events and surround them with the proper music. This timeline maps out when special moments such as the toast, first dance and introductions will occur to complement the music. The EBE Bandleader will meet with the band members to review the details of your event and rehearse your song selections to make your event thrilling.

During Your Event

Our goal is to allow the guest of honor to relax and thoroughly enjoy the occasion! The EBE Bandleader meets with all involved parties like the caterer, photographer, and videographer, to review the timeline and ensure everyone is prepared. The Bandleader keeps the entertainment going and keeps the party running smoothly. From the stage, the Bandleader takes everything in, making sure you are having a fantastic party and that the timeline is being met by all involved. It is invisible to you because you are simply enjoying the entire affair.

It's all about creating the ultimate party. We go to any length to make sure your event is properly planned and extraordinarily entertaining. To top it off, at some point in the evening, the Bandleader will contact one of the four EBE Partners to communicate the vibe from the party.

After Your Event

Having performed thousands of events including Weddings, Commitment Ceremonies, Bar and Bat Mitzvah, Corporate and Special Events, EBE uses that experience to help you plan your event and make it memorable long after the party is over. We learn from each unique event and approach yours with fresh, yet seasoned eyes. Because of that, expect to receive a lot of calls, letters and positive feedback on your entertainment choice for months and years to come.

We find it important to thank clients and tell them how much we appreciate the trust they placed in us to make their special event memorable. In addition:

• Bandleaders schedule routine meetings to discuss events, tactics and "current events" within the industry to be ahead of the curve.
• EBE Management conducts meetings with Bandleaders to discuss customer experiences and feedback.
• We receive letters, emails and calls from clients and guests after the event and we read them all with zeal.
