Your EBE band leader will contact you to review every detail of your event, your event's message and theme, and every activity that will take place. This allows your dance band to produce a timeline of events and surround them with the proper music. This timeline maps out when special moments such as speeches, awards, special announcements and presentations will occur so that the music will complement each activity seamlessly.

Our goal is to allow you to relax and thoroughly enjoy the occasion! Your EBE band leader meets with all involved party vendors like the caterer, photographer, and videographer, to review the timeline and ensure everyone is prepared. Your dance band takes responsibility for keeping the entertainment going and the party running smoothly.
